  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.

  • All our treats are 100% natural and air-dried. Because they contain no artificial additives or preservatives, you may notice differences in:

    • Colour

    • Size or shape

    • Texture or surface finish

    • Minor markings or imperfections

  • By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept that natural variation is inherent in our treats and part of their quality and authenticity.

  • Prices are listed in GBP, include UK VAT currently 20%, and may change without notice.

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without notice.

2. Payment and Order Processing

  • We accept major bank cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

  • By placing an order, you represent and warrant that payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Orders made at the weekend will be processed on Monday.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of pet consumables; partially consumed or non-faulty items are non-returnable.

  • Refunds or returns cannot not be issued solely for natural variation in appearance, size, shape, or minor texture differences.

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, you have the right to refund items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • We have the right to accept or refuse refunds at our discretion.

  • All return postage costs are paid for by you, unless communicated otherwise, and responsibility for the risk of loss or damage when posting return items lies with you.

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned product. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
