3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Orders made at the weekend will be processed on Monday.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return items for 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Due to the nature of pet consumables, returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • We have the right to refuse refund if we receive the item is in poor condition or has been used.

  • All return postage costs are paid for by you, unless communicated otherwise, and responsibility for the risk of loss or damage when posting return items lies with you.

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs may be non-refundable.
